Upon arrival at this hotel, I was greeted by the most attentive staff, who offered their assistance with my luggage and check-in. the room was spacious with luxurious furnishings and magnificent panoramic views of the city. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a range of treatments and services in a serene and peaceful environment. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine with an extensive wine list.
Despite the exceptional service and luxurious amenities, I did encounter a minor issue with the in-room breakfast service. the food was not delivered within the requested timeframe, causing me to miss a scheduled appointment.
